To determine whether Zane’s spinal cord function had fully recovered, Seth helped Zane complete a “ejaculatory reflex test.” Later, the two joined forces to defeat the villainous Dr. Graham and successfully saved an orphan suffering from heart failure. Since the hospital could no longer afford Zane’s care and his visa had expired, he faced deportation with no one to care for him.
