Song Xinlei, a descendant of the Song family, carries his great‑grandfather’s last wish to guard the ancient divine golden carp sealed at the bottom of Yunmeng Lake. An international poaching group covets the dragon’s power and closes in relentlessly. When the golden lock unlocks, the golden carp emerges transformed into a fire dragon. Teaming up with the Supernatural Affairs Bureau, Song Xinlei fights the enemy and defeats the mastermind Boss Cao after a life‑and‑death battle. Centuries‑old bonds awaken the dragon’s true form. A white‑bearded Taoist priest intends to take the dragon back to the mountains, yet he lets go with understanding upon witnessing the deep bond between the young man and the divine fish.
