On Halloween, Evelyn’s three brothers prepared a clear acrylic coffin as a prank. Chloe, the fake sister, challenged her to sleep inside overnight for acceptance. Desperate to belong, Evelyn climbed in. The vent was sealed. Oxygen ran out. She begged and mouthed “no air,” but they mocked her, livestreamed it, and called her a drama queen. She died while they laughed. Her spirit watched everything. Later, the gifts she bought by washing dishes and the staff’s confession exposed Chloe’s crime: she had sealed the vent and hidden oxygen absorbers. Evidence piled up. Chloe was sentenced to life. The brothers collapsed in endless regret at her grave. Evelyn’s soul faded into the sky with final words: “In my next life, I don’t want to be your family. Because it hurt too much.”
