Broke and divorced, Jason signs up to be a live-in stepfather—and ends up married on paper to Ginevra, Italy's most feared Mafia boss. She only wants a father for her traumatized little son, not a lover. But the gentle stranger wins the boy's heart, melts the icy Donna's defenses, and leaves his cruel ex-wife watching from the sidelines, too late.
