Perfumer Chloe is publicly cast aside by wolf king Victor for being unable to shift. Victor’s half-brother Silas, head of the Shield Arms Corporation and a demon hunter, seizes the chance to take her away. Silas has secretly loved Chloe for four years. He offers her protection and keeps her close, slowly winning her heart. When Victor discovers Chloe’s pure-blood White Wolf King lineage and tries to force her back, Silas crushes him with raw power. In the end, Chloe awakens her strength, completes a soul-blood pact with Silas, and together they rise as the pack’s new king and queen.
