Estella marries gangster Xavier, only to be a breeding tool for her twin Noella. Xavier mistakes Noella for his savior, extracts Estella's 5-month fetus for "fetal amber" without anesthesia, and lets Noella mutilate her. When the truth emerges, Xavier repents madly, but Estella refuses forgiveness. She sends all three to prison, signs the divorce, and embraces a new life.
