Elias Mercer is a middle-aged workplace underdog, constantly oppressed at work and powerless as a live-in son-in-law, always the fallback, endlessly enduring, and achieving nothing. After being deceived by his boss into signing a loan, he falls into despair and attempts suicide by jumping off a building. Unexpectedly, he is reborn to the day before the deceitful signing. This time, Elias is determined to rewrite his failed life. No longer a coward, he boldly fights back against everything, lives for himself, and uses the advantage of rebirth to climb to the very peak of success.
