Natalie spent six years caring for her boyfriend Felix after a car accident left him blind. Once his sight returned, Felix secretly drugged her, harvested her bone marrow to save his first love Mabel—as repayment for the “life-saving favor” he believed she once did for his mother—and married Mabel in secret. Heartbroken, Natalie chose to leave and accept an arranged marriage back home. But Mabel had her kidnapped and staged a fire, forcing Felix to choose. He saved Mabel and left Natalie behind in the flames. At the critical moment, her arranged fiancé Blake arrived and rescued her. Only after Natalie was completely gone did Felix realize the woman he truly loved was Natalie—and that she was the one who had actually saved his mother years ago. Regret came too late. When he finally found her again, a new guardian was already by her side.
