Meng Rao signs a contract with the icy tycoon Shen Silin to pretend to be his girlfriend, in order to save her best friend Yan Zhao. She plans to run away once she earns enough money, only to be outwitted and doted on by Shen Silin. When Meng Rao discovers that Yan Zhao is actually Shen Yanzhao, the legitimate heir of the Shen family who has been using her, she turns dark and strikes back.
