Marina, the sole heiress of a wealthy family, discovers during their third-anniversary trip that her husband Jack and best friend Emma have conspired to sell her to an old noble to settle their debts. Trapped in despair, Titan, a silverback gorilla she once saved, tracks her by the scent of her pendant and rescues her time and again. After Marina escapes back to the mainland, with help from her childhood sweetheart Henry, she returns to the isolated island, exposes the plot in public. In the end, she takes charge of her family’s conglomerate, turns Gray Whale Island into a nature reserve, and builds a happy family with Henry.
